2. Sealy Thread Count Settlement


What happened: American Textile was accused of lying about the thread count on Sealy bedding products to trick customers into thinking they were getting higher-quality sheets.

Who qualifies: Anyone who bought certain Sealy bedding products (Ultimate Indulgence, Premium Comfort, Cool Comfort, Premium Cooling, or Superior Cooling) labeled as 1,250 thread count between October 19, 2016, and October 30, 2025.

Deadline to file: May 12, 2026

Potential payment: Up to $40 without a receipt, or a full refund if you have proof of purchase.

 

3. Grubhub Delivery Fees Settlement


What happened: Grubhub was accused of misleading customers about delivery fees, service fees, and menu prices on its food delivery app.

Who qualifies: Customers who ordered food through the Grubhub or Seamless app or website for delivery to a California address between January 24, 2019, and January 12, 2026.

Deadline to file: May 12, 2026

Potential payment: A $10 Grubhub credit

 

4. Joint Juice False Advertising Settlement


What happened: Premier Nutrition was sued for falsely advertising that its Joint Juice supplements could improve joint health, even though there was no scientific proof to back up that claim.

Who qualifies: People who bought Joint Juice products during certain time periods in California, Connecticut, Florida, Illinois, Maryland, Massachusetts, Michigan, New York, or Pennsylvania.

Deadline to file: May 15, 2026

Potential payment: Between $10 and $50 per item purchased

 

5. Dodge Ram 1500 EcoDiesel Settlement


What happened: FCA US was sued over defective parts in certain Dodge Ram trucks that could cause engine fires.

Who qualifies: People who purchased or leased a 2014–2019 Dodge Ram 1500 EcoDiesel truck made between June 12, 2013, and October 23, 2019.

Deadline to file: May 16, 2026

Potential payment: Up to $3,575 for related expenses and losses

 

6. Discover Credit Card Merchant Fee Settlement


What happened: Discover was accused of wrongly labeling some consumer credit cards as business cards, which caused merchants to pay higher processing fees than they should have.

Who qualifies: Merchants, payment processors, and other businesses involved in transactions with misclassified Discover cards between January 1, 2007, and December 31, 2023.

Deadline to file: May 18, 2026

7. Westlake Financial Services Illegal Fees Settlement


What happened: Westlake Financial Services was accused of charging illegal convenience fees when customers made loan payments through ACI Payments.

Who qualifies: People with a loan through Westlake who paid a convenience fee to ACI Payments between June 20, 2022, and August 18, 2025.

Deadline to file: May 18, 2026

Potential payment: Cash payment based on the amount of fees you paid

 

8. American Express Antitrust Settlement


What happened: American Express was accused of breaking antitrust laws by stopping merchants from encouraging customers to use other payment methods, which may have resulted in higher costs for consumers.

Who qualifies: People who used a Visa or Mastercard debit card at certain merchants in various states between January 29, 2015, and June 1, 2022.

Deadline to file: May 19, 2026

9. Google Android Data Transfer Settlement


What happened: Google was accused of transferring user data from Android phones using cellular data without permission, even when the transfers could have been done over Wi-Fi instead.
